End of Summer - time to prepare for the changing of the season and clear away what is not serving us.
What in your life are you hanging on to that no longer really serves you?
What relationships are no longer bringing you joy?
What beliefs are getting in the way of your true soul self?
What habits are no longer supporting your best life?
What possessions are seemingly possessing you?
Virgo season is a great time to discern and get rid of that is no longer serving you.
We will also look at how you deal with change and explore strategies to help you "Let it go, Elsa".
We will look at habits and clearing clutter - mind, body, spirt - and maybe even a few closets!
